Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
10 years of HR experience in factory industry is preferred
Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
Present personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
Responsibilities
To ensure HR functions, activities and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Managing employees’ database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the group of companies.
Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
Maintaining proper record of Leave management.
Handling hiring process and resignation and termination of staff
Handle performance review and appraisal exercises
Managing and ensure of Foreign Worker new application & renewal of working permit are following the regulations
Handling of issuing the payment voucher for the payroll payment & all the EPF, Socso, EIS and income tax every month and maintaining the record keeping.
Handling all the related employee problem matter and ensure it follows the labor law requirement.
Handling the other administrative work such as Company Insurance, Staff insurance, payment of utilities every month, office refreshment
Any others duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior time to time.
