As a registered business entity of “Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Baeshen & Partners”, the two brothers created a special blend of Ceylon tea which they originally served to family and friends solely. It is said that the privileged few were so enamored of the new blend that they encouraged the brothers to commercialize and offer it to the public.
This was the rise of Rabea Tea, which comprises today the largest varieties of tea under one brand in Saudi Arabia. Rabea was trademarked in 1969 paving the way for AMS Baeshen & Co. to become “The House of Quality Tea”.
