A 47 years old male patient was admitted in Unicare Heart Institute and Research Centre at Surat, for sudden onset of breathlessness, dyspnoea on exertion, heaviness of the chest, perspiration and anxiety. His Cath. Coronary Angiography Report was suggestive of Tripple Vessel Disease with critical lesions and his 2D Echo showed that pumping power of his heart  was reduced (LVEF = 25%). Cardiologist at their advised him to go for coronary revascularisaton (surgical bypass) for patient refused to go for Surgical treatment for his suffering asked for medical management and took discharge from hospital. According to standard protocol of Saaol he advised to go with EECP treatment for 35 sessions and adapt our lifestyle modification program for which he was agreed. After completion of treatment his repeat 2D Echo was done which showed that pumping power of his heart increased greatly (LVEF = 42%) and his all symptoms resolved completely.

A 57 years old male patient was admitted in tristar hospital at Surat with complaints of chest pain since 2 days and dyspnoea on exertion in 2018. On investigation it found that patient was having Tripple Vessel Disease and pumping power of his heart (LVEF) was reduced to 25%. So cardiologist at that time advised for preventive measurement and medical management. Recently patient came to Saaol Heart Centre at Surat because he had chest pain last night which he controlled with Tab. Sorbitrate. He came to us as he did not want to go with surgical intervention. 70 years old male patient named Mr. Gulambhai kagzi was suffering from chest pain which increased from exertion, orthopnoea and dyspnoea on exertion. He is a known case of DM. for these he was admitted at sardar hospital at ankleshwar where his 2D Echo result showed reduced LVEF = 25%. Then he was advised to go for Cath. Therefore, he was advised for EECP treatment for (35 sessions) along with cardiac detox therapy (10 sessions) at our centre.  He also adapted our life style modification program for his complaints. Within 5 days after starting the treatment his complaints like chest pain and dyspnoea on exertion reduced to 80%. After completion of 35 sessions of EECP and 10 sessions of Cardiac Detox his repeat 2D Echo result showed increase in LVEF = 35% and his overall health also improved very markedly (he was able to do exertion without any chest discomfort)

A 70 years old male patient was diagnosed to have Ischemia Heart Disease with known case of Type2 Diabetes mellitus. His Cath. Coronary angiography report was suggesting that he had complete occlusion in his LCX and moderate blockage in his RCA and mild plaque in his LAD. His 2D Echo result showed that pumping power of his heart (LVEF) was reduced to 40%. When he first came to our centre he was complaining about severe chest pain on mild exertion and had palpitation while exertion with difficulty in getting proper breath at that time. By cardiologist at pervious hospital has advised him to go for stent to resolve his problem, but his son was aware about EECP treatment. Therefore they decided to go with EECP treatment. Consultant at Saaol Heart Centre studied his case and after thorough examination he was asked to go for 35 sessions of EECP and 5 sessions of Cardiac Detox therapy. A 64 years old male patient named Mr. Mansukhbhai Sojitra had chest discomfort, dyspnoea on exertion, along with perspiration since few days, so he was admitted in Star Hospital at Ahmedabad on 24/12/2019 where he was diagnosed to have Ischemic Heart Disease with known case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. His Cath. Coronary Angiography revealed that he has Tripple Vessel Disease and his 2D Echo result at that time was suggestive of severe Left Ventricular Dysfunction (LVEF = 30%) for which he was advised to go for Revascularization (Surgical Bypass). But patient refused for surgical intervention and asked for medical management. Later on after getting discharge from the hospital patient to us for help in terms of Natural Bypass (about which he already knew). After doing through examination aand studying his case and noting his complaints our consultant had advised his EECP treatment (for 35 sessions) along with our lifestyle modification program. He complaints about chest pain on exertion, difficulty in breathing while walking and tremendous weakness improved almost 90% within 10 days after starting treatment. His LVEF value increased to 55% and his symptoms of chest discomfort and dyspnoea on exertion along with weakness resolved completely. A 49 years old male patient came to us with complaints of difficulty in breathing while sleeping, chest pain on exertion. He is a known case of hypertension. His TMT was positive and his previous 2D echo report showed that his LVEF reduced to 31%. Consultant at our center advised him for EECP treatment and life style modification program. After completion of treatment his repeat 2D Echo report showed improvement in his LVEF 37%. His chest pain improved within a week after starting EECP treatment.

A 61 old male patient was admitted in hospital with complaints of sudden onset of chest pain at night along with heaviness in chest. He had an episode of vomiting with chest pain. On investigation he was found to have severe to critical stenosis in LCX and LAD, respectively and his LVEF was reduced to 49%. A 59 years old female was admitted at NRI Heart centre and research institute, Chinakakani, AndraPradesh, for C/o chest pain with radiate to left arm. She is known case of hypothyroidism. On routine evaluation for her complaints of chest pain she was diagnosed to have unstable angina. Her TMT was POSITIVE and her angiography was suggestive of SVD. She ws advised to go for Stent (Angioplasty) to LAD. 62 years old male patient was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). His 2D Echo report showed Ejection Fraction (EF%) reduced to 24%. Patient was admitted in U.N. Mehta Hospital Ahmedabad and was advised for coronary angiography. Doctor diagnosed multiple vessels disease. His RCA artery was 100% blocked. HIS 2D Echo report showed Heart Pumping (LVEF %) 30%. Patient was advised for Heart Bypass Surgery. Patient’s family member consulted Saaol heart center.

Patient was advised to do EECP Treatment to increased heart pumping along with artery cleaning treatment. Patient started both treatments. After completing 35 hours treatments, patient was asked to do 2D Echo report. It showed increased heart pumping (LVEF%) to 55.4%.
 Fluid restriction was removed and medication was decreased. Patient has no complain of chest pain or breathlessness.

59 year old female patient with complain of chest pain wile walking (Unstable angina) admitted in hospital. Her angiography report was performed on 7th January 2017 showed 3 blockages. Doctors advised to perform immediate Heart Bypass Surgery. Patient and their family members were not ready so they ask for discharged.
 After that patient’s son consulted in Saaol heart center Surat where he was advised for Artery cleaning Treatment to soften blockages.

35 Year old Male patient was hospitalized due to severe Lv systolic dysfunction. Angiography report was absolutely Normal. no Heart Wall abnormality with GOOD LV Systolic Function. His Heart Pumping (LVEF) increased to 60%(Normal). His medicines was removed, he has no restriction in any fluid intake and can live life happily without any complain at all.

Mr. Agarawal went to hospital with complain of breathlessness while exertion. for further investigation. His Angiography was absolutely normal. But his 2D ECHO REPORT and came to the conclusion that his LVEF dropped to 26% (Heart Pumping) with generalise hypokynesia with poor heart wall contractility with severally impaired LV Systolic and global function.

He came to know about EECP Treatment from his relatives and immediately consulted doctors of saaol. After a brief explanation, Patient started EECP Treatment.

After completing 35 Sessions of EECP treatment, 2D ECHO report was performed which showed his LVEF Increased to 46% with good RV systolic function. He has no complains of Breathlessness while exertion. Medication was decreased and fluid restriction was removed.

65 Year Old patient started feeling breathlessness and went to near by hospital for check up. Doctor Advised for Angiography. It showed triple vessels Disease. And his Heart Pumping (Ejection Fraction) decreased to 45%. Due to which he was feeling breathlessness. He was advised for Bypass Surgery. Patient and his family member refused and saaol heart center surat branch.
