I went to angiography hospital because i had chest pain while walking at the age of 53 years. I had triple vessels disease along with 100% blockage into my lad artery. Doctor suggested bypass surgery with partial comment of partial benefit of bypass operation due to my lad tube is totally narrowing after 100% blockage.

I heard about Saaol Surat treatment from my relative. I came and consulted Dr.Rakesh. He went through my angiography cd and suggested to start treatment along with diet changes. I completed my treatment and done angiography again its show my 100% tube reopen and now its 80% block which give me good relief into my tension.

A 60 years male patient named Mr. Yunusbhai Mnasuri was admitted in hospital for complaints of heaviness and pain in chest with palpitation and discomfort in breathing. His cath. angiography done on 03/04/2021 revealed that he has triple vessels disease and his 2D Echo result showed that pumping power of his heart was reduced to 40%, regional wall motion abnormalities seen at rest, mild MR and Mild PAH. Cardiologist at another hospital advised for surgical bypass, but patient was unwilling for such procedure. One of relative advised him to go for natural bypass done at Saaol Heart center. Patient was admitted in hospital for dyspnoea on exertion and chest heaviness on exertion for which he was thoroughly investigated. His cath. angiography revealed that he has Triple Vessels Disease (TVD) and his 2D Echo report showed dilated LA, concentric LVH, regional wall motion abnormality was present, LVEF = 40% (reduced) and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. A 37 years male patient admitted with complaints of chest pain and breathlessness on exertion. He was a known case of DM since long time. His cath. angiography revealed that he has triple vessels disease and his 2D Echo showed that pumping power of his heart reduced to 35% with regional wall motion abnormalities seen at rest, mild PAH was seen. A 65 years old male named Mr. Rajeshbhai Desai, resident of Surat came to us for complaints regarding abdominal discomfort and loud eructation since few days. On routine investigation done at another hospital like ECG – revealed changes suggestive of IWMI and his 2D Echo showed that pumping power of his heart was reduced to 40% and regional wall motion abnormalities were seen. Therefore, his family physician advised him to go for cath. angiography, but patient refused for it as he was aware about CT coronary angiography method. His CT angiography revealed that he has triple vessels disease. After completion of 35 sessions of EECP treatment his 2D Echo report was done which showed that pumping power of his increased to 60% (normal range) and there was no RWMA (regional wall motion abnormalities) seen.

A 60 years old male patient was admitted in hospital for complaint of chest pain and dyspnoea on exertion. He was diagnosed to have unstable angina with known case of hypertension and COPD. His cath. angiography revealed that he had triple vessels disease and his 2D Echo report showed that pumping power of his heart was reduced to 45%. Cardiologist at another hospital advised him to go for surgical bypass for his complaint, but as patient was poor and unable to afford the cost of surgical bypass he agreed for natural bypass procedure. A 35 years old male was admitted in hospital for complaint of chest pain and difficulty in breathing. On routine investigation his ECG showed ischemic changes and his 2D Echo showed reduction in his LVEF = 40%, enlarged LA/LV was noted and RWMA (regional wall motion abnormalities) seen at rest. He was advised for coronary angiography, which revealed absolutely normal to the surprise. He was diagnosed to have Non-ischemic Dilated Cardiomyopathy. As there was no option for surgical intervention as his coronary arteries were normal so cardiologist at another hospital advised him for medical management. After completion of 35 sessions of EECP treatment his repeat 2D Echo showed that pumping power of his heart increased to 64%, all chambers of heart are within normal limits, and there was no RWMA noted. A 44 years old male patient was admitted for chest pain with profuse perspiration. On routine investigation he was found to have AWMI and his 2D Echo report was suggesting that pumping power of his heart got reduced to 40% with presence of regional wall motion abnormality and mild MR. Cardiologist over there advised him for stenting in his LAD coronary as it got 100% thrombotic occlusion in proximal segment (which was revealed in his cath. angiography). A 65 years old female named Mrs. Manjulaben Vadodariya was admitted in hospital for complaint of difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, palpitation, and generalized weakness. On investigation she was found to have Ischemic Heart Disease. Her cath. angiography reveal plaque in Right coronary artery (80% blockage) for which stenting was done. Even after putting stent her complaints did not resolved, hence, they came to us in seek for relief.

After completion of full course of EECP we repeated her 2D Echo which revealed that pumping power of his heart increased to 48% and no PAH, NO MR/TR, IVC collapses with inspiration. And most importantly her complaints resolved completely that she felt no breathlessness even after walking for 30 minutes.

Patient was a known case of HTN & DM. He developed chest pain on exertion since few days. His cath. angiography done on 18-09-2019 showed that he was having Triple vessels Disease and his 2D Echo result showed that pumping power of his heart 50%, RWMA and mild MR. His TMT was positive for inducible ischemia. He was advised for surgical bypass for his complaint but patient does not want to go for surgery. After completion of full course of EECP his repeat 2D echo report revealed that pumping power of his heart increased to 60%.

A 63 years old male patient named Mr. Gopalbhai Moradiya had complaint of pain over left shoulder, axilla, retrosternal and left interscapular region for which he went to cardiologist at another hospital. His primary report like ECG showed Ischemic changes and his 2D Echo report showed that pumping power of his was reduced to 35%, regional wall motion abnormalities were seen at rest, and mild MR. Cardiologist advised him for coronary angiography but as patient’s son was aware about CT coronary angiography they came to Saaol Heart Center. A 54 years old male patient was diagnosed to have recent anterior wall MI, for this his was investigated. His cath. angiography result revealed that he has Double vessels Disease (DVD) and his 2D echo result showed that pumping power of his heart reduced to 45%. After completion of full course of EECP treatment his repeat 2D Echo result showed increase in pumping power of his heart to normal level 60%.

A male patient named Mr. Chandubhai Surani, aged 45 years, had gone through cardiac health check up as he felt breathlessness on exertion and mild chest discomfort. His cath. angiography showed that he is suffering from double vessel disease and his 2D Echo result was suggesting that pumping power of his heart has reduced to 30%, regional wall motion abnormalities were seen, mild PAH and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction was seen. A 47 years old male residencial of surat, was admitted in unicare hospital for complaint of chest pain radiating to back and both hands. He was a known case of diabetes mellitus. On investigation at hospital he was diagnosed to have Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) with severe LV dysfunction. A female patient named Mrs. Bhanuben Gadhiya, aged 70 years, attended in OPD of cardiologist for chest pain on exertion since 3 months on and off. A 73 years old male patient had a complaints of chest discomfort and breathlessness since few days for which he went to hospital for evaluation. On investigation he was found to have pleural effusion and pumping power of his heart was reduced to 15%. He was diagnosed as Congestive Cardiac Failure, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Ischemic Heart Disease, Hypertension. His daughter was Doctor, so she took medical management for sufferings of her father and once patient get stable she came to us for further help. A patient aged 45 years male, was admitted in hospital at valsad for complaints of chest pain, breathlessness and perspiration on exertion in December, 2019. Patient was diagnosed to have IWMI (not thrombolised), as ECG were showing Ischemic changes. On Cath. Coronary Angigraphy he was found to have single vessel disease with critical stenosis (of 32mm lenght) and 2D Echo showed that his ejection fraction was reduced to 45%. Cardiologist at hospital advised him to go with stenting, but patient was not willing for that option of treatment. So he came to us for further advice regarding treatment of his symptoms. As per guidance of our consultant patient selected to go for EECP treatment along with diet plan and lifestyle modification program. Afer completion of 35 sessions of EECP treatment his repeat 2D Echo report showed that pumping power of his heart (LVEF) increased to 64%. Now he able to lift weight and walk about 6 km daily without any discomfort in chest.

A 70 years old male patient was admitted with complaints of Dyspnoea and chest pain on exertion since one month on and off in Mahavir Hospital at Suart. On investigation his TMT was positive (he could not run more than 6 min. 30 sec., as he felt chest pain and difficulty in breathing). He is a known case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. On Cath. Coronary Angiography 100% occlusion after Diagonal 1 in LAD while moderate and mild plaque in LCX and RCA, respectively. For this he was offered option of stenting in LAD by cardiologist at Mahavir Hospital, surat. But patient refused for stenting and opt for medical management. He came to us for futher advice and our consultant offered him EECP 35 sessions and 15 sessions along with lifestyle modification. At the end of his treatment he repeated his TMT in which he could run for 9 minutes and 55 seconds without any chest discomfort (thought test was borderline positive). Now patient could walk upto 4 km daily without any problem and by adapting our life style modification program he stopped all his tablets for controlling blood sugar levels though his sugar levels are within normal range. He feels more energetic after completion of treatment.

A 60 years old male came to us for his complaint of chest pain and mild difficulty in breathing on exertion on and off since 10 days. He was a known case of hypertension for which was regularly taking medication. After taking detailed case history and thorough examination he was advised to go for CT Scan coronary Angiography (non-invasive) for diagnosis of Ischemic Heart Disease. Which revealed that he had complete occlusion in RCA of 78mm length with diffuse severe atherosclerotic disease and his LAD showed 30% stenosis. After completion of treatment patient’s repeat CT Scan Coronary Angiography report revealed decease in length of blockage in his RCA to 20mm (previously 78mm). It also revealed that there is a good collateral circulation developed in compare to previous scan result. So in compare to his previous scan report it showed tremdous  improvement in terms of development of collaterals and decrease in length of blockage. Right now, patient is able to walk about 10 km daily without any chest pain and dyspnoea.

A 58 years old male patient was admitted in hospital for complaints of breathlessness, cough and chest discomfort since 2 days in Mahavir Hospital at Surat. He was diagnosed as heart failure with known case of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2. On cath. Coronary Angiography it found that patient was suffering from Tripple Vessel Disease and on Cardiac MRI his ejection fraction was decreased to 15% so he was advised for surgical bypass. On history it was found that patient had done stenting in past for blockage in LAD post MI in 2015. This stent was completely blocked this time, so cardiologist offered him surgical bypass as first option and EECP as second option. As patient’s son selected that they will go with EECP treatment as their first choice. As per our standard protocol he was advised by our consultant at Saaol Heart Centre at Surat. As patient was very anxious about result of EECP, though he started treatment and in between the half way of treatment he decided to recheck pumping power of his heart (LVEF) which for his surprise was increased to 40%. A 47 years old male patient was admitted in Unicare Heart Institute and Research Centre at Surat, for sudden onset of breathlessness, dyspnoea on exertion, heaviness of the chest, perspiration and anxiety. A 57 years old male patient was admitted in tristar hospital at Surat with complaints of chest pain since 2 days and dyspnoea on exertion in 2018. On investigation it found that patient was having Tripple Vessel Disease and pumping power of his heart (LVEF) was reduced to 25%. A 70 years old male patient was diagnosed to have Ischemia Heart Disease with known case of Type2 Diabetes mellitus. His Cath. A 49 years old male patient came to us with complaints of difficulty in breathing while sleeping, chest pain on exertion. He is a known case of hypertension. A 61 old male patient was admitted in hospital with complaints of sudden onset of chest pain at night along with heaviness in chest. He had an episode of vomiting with chest pain. On investigation he was found to have accelerated HTN evolving AWMI with low pumping power of heart (LVEF) 30-35% and on coronary angiography he was found to have DVD. He was advised for CABG or PTCA. But patient refused for any surgical interventional treatment for his complaint and took discharge from hospital.

53 years old patient was diagnosed with multiple vessels disease. His 2D ECHO Report was performed which showed 30% Heart Pumping (Low EF%).  Patient was advised for Heart Bypass Surgery. Mr. Godhani was not ready to do any kind of decisions. So he consulted Dr. Ramakant Panda, Asian Heart institute for second opinion. Dr. Panda Advised for EECP treatment first to increase Heart pumping.

Mr. Godhani started EECP Treatment at saaol heart Center Surat. After 35 hourse EECP Treatment his Heart pumping increased to 42%. His medicines decreased and patient was able to walk without breathlessness and chest pain.

79 Year old man Mr. Manubhai Mehta having an acute left ventricle failure. He was hospitalized in surat, where he was diagnosed with multiple coronary artery blockages. 2D Echo report showed patient’s heart pumping (LVEF%) was 35%. Patient refused to surgery and search for an alternative, surgery free option.

After Completing 35 hours EECP Treatment, Patient’s 2D Echo report was performed again. Mr. Anil Chodvadiya’s heart Pumping (LVEF%) increased to 50%. Patient has no complain of chest pain or breathlessness on exertion anymore and living healthy life.
